This course is the most challenging to understand in the specialization. There are numerous equations that, according to ChatGPT, have simple meanings. However, the lack of repetition and the rushed pace made me listen to the videos multiple times to grasp the topics.

Great course but the stats aspect was not so clear, also labs should be in the videos and instead of do on big lab assignment at the end, it should be in intervals, so after 4 videos do an assignment. But over all good course

Fine. Didn't mention anything about ML so you'll just have to figure out how this relates on your own.

I think this is not a 4 week course and it felt like it went to fast. Especially for people who never took statistic as course during their college period, it is very hard to follow. Lots of concepts, formulas and videos are being covered in a very short time

I enjoyed taking this course. The material was carefully crafted, and the labs and assignments were beneficial. If you are familiar with probability and statistics, you can easily navigate this course. However, if this subject is new, you may need to consult a reference book to complement the video lectures with book readings and exercises. In this case, the time to conclude the course may need to be extended (i.e., you must set your goals accordingly.) Overall, I am delighted with the course, and I want to congratulate the instructor and his supporting team for offering us this course.

This course on Coursera exceeded my expectations. The 'Probability and Statistics for Machine Learning and Data Science' course is both thorough and accessible, making it perfect for learners at various stages. The interactive elements and hands-on projects enhance the learning experience, making the theoretical knowledge applicable to real-world problems. The instructors break down difficult topics into manageable sections, and the course structure is well thought out. I feel much more prepared to tackle machine learning challenges after completing this course.

I took this to help prepare for my master's courses in ML, and I have to say, this helped me a lot. I was really surprised at the level of overlap from my master's courses and the content in this course. I think it did a really nice job explaining the notations, which I think is one of the biggest hurdles as to understanding statistics. I am very satisifed after taking this, and the items I learned in this course absolutely have application for the rest of my degree.

Excellent course with detailed training videos, illustrations & labs. Good mix of mathematical concepts with Python code. Would highly recommend for a mathematical student to start with Machine learning. Special thanks to Louis (instructor) for the design & presentation of the course.

Super course. Very detailed and easily understandable. But not for beginners. The best advantage is that, this course is an one part of entire course which has three parts in total(another courses). This can complete your math skills in ML and DS.

The course is very organized. It helped me go through the basics I needed with ML & DS in focus on how and why every part is used in ML applications.
