I had an awesome time learning some new stuff and refresh my knowledge on some of the things I learned a while back, I am ready for the next step in this journey.

The Technical Support Fundamental course does a great job providing all the basic tools, skills and knowledge i need to get started with confidence in an IT role.

i found great oppurtunities by earning this certificate. and i am interested in doing more courses from coursera and google which can open a door to the IT world.

Very Practical introduction to technology support. all the basic skills and knowledge were covered especially when it came to customer service and troubleshooting

Every Lecture of this course is well made. completing assignments using google cloud is the awesome part. quizzes cover the syllabus that is taught in this course

Interesting. The remote desktop stuff was a challenge. I learned more than I was expecting. Finished the Technical Support Fundamentals section in about 10 hours.

This course is awesome and people can learn many things from this course and the teachings are soo good, very understandable, thank you very much for teaching me.

I love this course so much, it's really opened a wider door to the world of information technology, i am so in for the next challenge, learning here is made easy.

Very in depth, loved the section on Binary. I learned a bit from the ASCII tables and learning how to write that in binary. Loved it... Great Learning Experience.

Good course Google, I really like it a lot it help me to know a basic things about computer that I don't really know like history of computer, buding up pc, ect.

Everything is broken down into very digestible peices. Greater concepts which we will learn are hinted upon, and a great foundation for future courses is built.

While I had some decent knowledge on technical support, from customer service to computer hardware, this course was an excellent introduction to the world of IT.

I was a little skeptical first, partly due to my age as an older student. Now I am starting to feel very confident in possibly even moving towards Cybersecurity.
