Extremely interesting course. I feel the material and videos were very easy to absorb and understand. I certainly would recommend this to anyone with an interest in food and how it affects our health.

It's a very basic introduction which I think a lot of people can find useful. I felt it was more like a good reminder on how to be healthy.

vegan recipes are hot in 2022 as they save 80% of resources. replace the egg, chiken and etc then i will pay for the banner in this course
