This is the #3 course in the specialization on management consulting. Management consultants excel at solving difficult and complex business problems. How do they do this? Shouldn’t clients know more about their situation than external consultants? The instructor was very good in delivering the course. The hand gestures to help visual cues to learning were on point. I learned some presentation skills in addition to the course learning outcomes.

Great information. The professor is clear and engaging. He makes good use of examples to clarify what can be a complicated process. Good discussion prompts, although few people actually do them, which I found frustrating.

Easy to follow. The speed was a bit slow. Copy paste of text from e.g. Word into the final assignment didn't work well. I had to do lots of reformatting.

The course feels overly repetitive...I am done through 3 modules of the course and most of the stuff is basic stuff... I believe that the course could be cut down to a few points making it crisp and to the point.
